Saturated Canary Breeze

 Hello friends I'm back and this time I have a new Saturated Canary girl just released this past summer CHA show. This lush girl is called Breeze and she will soon be available at the 

Little Darlings store. 

I colored her with distress inks and Distress markers from Tim Holtz. I had a little fun with the frantage embossing powder :)

I have layer upon layer with some sweet embellishments and topped it off with some stardust. A mess of glittery stuff  just everywhere lol!! 

I hope you like my frame .

Tripping Flower Tilda for a Friend

Hello peeps I have another post today it's team B's turn from the

Magnolia-licious/Wee stamps challenge to showcase our creations for the current challenge which is "Anything Goes" So how easy is that whoot whoot!

 

I decided to change it up a bit and go with a tri-fold card and color Tripping Flower Tilda with my Copic Markers this time :)

 I had a little fun doing strokes this time

Hey guys I'm back and what a long weekend I went through my DD's 17th bday on the 23rd and we had a blast! I have pictures but I still don't have a puter were I could take my time and upload and what not. I'm still coming to the library but I'm hoping this nightmare ends soon. I just need to go through school registration stuff ,back to school clothes and supplies and one more bday bash to plan for the my baby and THEN I'll be able to look into buying myself a new toy loL! Gotta set my priorities peeps lol!

Don't worry it'll be here sooner then you know it :)

A special post to share with you today for one It's my turn to share my

 Little Darlings Inspiration post and today I have created a front card and altered a clear photo frame. I used Windy Day from Saturated Canary and decided to create something special for a teacher.

The rubber stamp is available at the Little Darlings store and you know I love the rubber so I get to watercolor and guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My new lovely friends over Tombow sponsored me with some wonderful goodies. I was invited to join the"100 days of Tombow" program. They're donating $100 in crafting supplies to

the Council of Arts Education. 

I was Game after I read all about it and was honored to help out as I could with this piece.

I used My Tombow Dual brush pens which I'M IN AWE with their bright pigments! I love them and need to get me more ASAP LOL!  It was my first time using them and I instantly became addicted. I was able to create pleats in my girlie's hair. I also laid some ink on an acrylic block and picked up color from their to create my background. I just love the brown it's like a cocoa with a red tone. Very nice I say :)

  

here is a closer look of my hand colored grass using just about all the colors in the set I was sent. I love how the colors didn't dilute and stayed vivid. Yup I'm loving them!

My sentiment Worlds Best teacher came from a CC Popcorn the Bear stamp set and the others are from the Little Darlings Fairy Tale set

I hope I gave you some ideas or two on using your stamps and Tombow markers. My frame was glue together with my Tombow glue runner that was part of my kit.

Zoe is Sparkling today

 

 

 

This is my first post for today and second should be coming up shortly :)

We have a new challenge running over

 Saturated Canary and the theme is "Glamour and Glitz"

 

I had a go on this blown up digi name Zoe which is a special image that comes with

Zoe's from MIC colouring hair tutorial E-book. I colored her with copics and I believe I did touch up with my Spectrum Noir If I recall. I've been asked if my white highlights are colored in after I finished a colored image. Well the answer is No :) My highlights are created as I color. They are simply not touched and left alone. I assure you they are Natural white lol! Although there are times I do touch them with a white pen but majority of the part not really.

I forgot my coloring recipe but I recall using my BG72 for an undertone on her hair and using the C family.

 

 

I just LOVE the Little Darlings sentiment lol! They come from the Girls rock Set.

Tada the inside lol! I know you want to see the inside. I received the emails lol! I'm reading and nothing big for this one. I prefer keeping them clean in the inside because the outside is  always done so heavy :P

Wee Rosetta Thinking of You

 

Hey guys I'm back again and it's

Wee Wednesday over the Magnolia-licious blog and my turn to share some Wee Inspiration with ya.

Oh I've been eager to share this one. I don't know I just like the color palette I guess lol! Not my regular to use black on my cards but lately it's been a trend for me at least (you'll see lol)

 

Rosetta was colored with Copics, Spectrum Noir and Letrasets and what I did to her wings is I cut around them and popped them forward for a 3d effect.

 

Now do you see my sentiment!!!!!!!!!!!! Well you just got a little sneak peek of one of the NEWEST Little Darlings sentiments to be release at Vegas CHA! Yup and you are going to love them all when you see them. The sentiments will be available in September. My favorite ones are......oops almost spilled the beans lol! I can't sorry or my Aussss is grass lol! and probably get buried in someones backyard just saying lol!!!

 

this is the inside no embellishments or anything just paper because the card is really heavy as it is!

 

oh yeah the DP was sprayed with some Crafter's Companion Glitter gold spray.

Burger Tilda is having a Barbie

 OK so I'm really getting sad over here with no friends to chat with at home lol! Still no computer so the library is my only option :( I've been so busy with my kids and their daily sport activities that I really haven't looked into getting my computer checked. I also been busy planning my DD's 17th bday party this coming 23rd so that's been on my top list and one of the reasons I'm not going to CHA sniff sniff lol!

 

Well this a late post because of many technology reasons but I'm here and I have other posts that are coming after this one so moving on lol!

 

Magnolia-licious has a challenge going and quick it's almost done with.

The theme is

 "Some like it Hot" Ok so I was stuck with the challenge but I had to do something lol!

 

I decided to use  Burger Tilda and leave you with the open window and translate it as you wish

 HA HA HA !!! Maybe Tilda likes to cook when it's Hot outside, perhaps some peeps like their girls to cook with some cute sandal wedges like Tilda here :) or maybe you like a hot burger???lol! Ok so you see there are many ways you could take my card :)

 

 

Burger Tilda was colored with copics and a few Spectrum Noir markers in a no line technique.

I used some left over Little Darlings Paper Fruit basket to create my pinwheel.

and this is the inside simple as can be.

Happy 4th of July with Patches the Fairy

 

Happy Independence Day peeps!!!

I want to wish a Happy 4th to my US friends. I hope you are celebrating with friends and family.

 For us I believe we will be at the beach IDK yet but for sure with family :)

I want to share my take for the New challenge over Saturated Canary which is "Celebrate".

 

I did an easy one and kept it simple since the pinwheel has taken over the card and also my lovely Patches wants to stand out solo :)Patches the fairy digi is available on Saturated Canary Online store and she is colored with Copics!! Yup you heard right I am back using copics BUT doesn't mean I'm leaving my Spectrum Noir Pens. I just color with anything and everything lol! WHOOT WHOOT!!

HIYA GUYS!!! I miss your comments and emails oh my gosh feels like I've been gone for ever sigh..... SAD NEWS!!!

 

My Mac died on me a day before my bday on the 24th!!!! I have no computer at the moment so I have to come to the library ugh!! Anyways I'm crossing fingers that I get my Mac fixed soon and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg sigh.... What happened was that we had a blackout and it made a sudden shut so I think that's what did it ???

 

Anyways I have a card for the

 Magnolia-licious challenge which is" Love is in the Air "

You better hurry to get your creations in  because next weeks starts a new challenge.

 

I have this Summer wedding tilda from the 2013 Special Moments collection all colored with my distress inks.
